In each of these areas, we’ll spend time up front assessing where you are and how you got there – the good, the bad & everything in between. We’ll explore how each of these influences the others.
With this baseline understanding, we’ll start digging into your “why.” At it’s most basic, this is work we’ll do to get absolutely clear about what it is you want out of life in all four domains – the “Why” that should be driving how you approach each of them, the people in your life and how you use your time.
Working with your Why or Life Vision as the guide, we’ll create a roadmap and a plan of action. As powerful as putting it all on paper can be, this is just the start of the real work.
Every week we work together will include action on every front custom designed to your objectives and to bringing your “Why” to life and into being part of how you live your life every day.
It won’t always be easy. It is going to be uncomfortable at times.

Physical fitness and nutrition will be foundational components of our work together. All 1:1 coaching partnerships include nutritional guidance, fitness assessments and a mix of exercise options. If you’re looking to go even more in-depth and to achieve true physical and overall well-being transformation, training and support programs are available. These programs are custom designed based on your current condition, eating habits and fitness goals.
